## NAME

MPE\_Ptime -  Returns process time stamp

## SYNOPSIS

## NOTES

This routine returns the CPU time charged to the process only if the PETSC package is available (it uses the PETSc routine 'SYGetCPUTime'). Otherwise, it returns 'MPI\_Wtime' (wall-clock time).
