## DESCRIPTION

Load a library from the directory of a particular process.

## PARAMS

*new\_mod* **\[In\]**  Library name.

*inst\_hwnd* **\[In\]**  Module whose directory is to be used.

*dwCrossCodePage* **\[In\]**  Should be **FALSE** (currently ignored).

## RETURNS

**Success:** A handle to the loaded module

**Failure:** A **NULL** handle.

## IMPLEMENTATION

Not declared in a Wine header. The function is either undocumented, or missing from Wine.

Implemented in **"dlls/shlwapi/ordinal.c"**.
