*ftLeft* **\[In\]**  Initial **FILETIME**.

*ftRight* **\[In\]**  **FILETIME** to subtract from *ftLeft*.

## RETURNS

The remainder after *ftRight* is subtracted from *ftLeft*.

## IMPLEMENTATION

Not declared in a Wine header. The function is either undocumented, or missing from Wine.

Implemented in **"dlls/mapi32/util.c"**.
