  Path to file.

- "fh"

  Open filehandle.

- "encoding"

  Set encoding.

## METHODS

### \_set\_fh()

Open filehandle (with specified encoding) from file.

### close\_fh()

Close filehandle.

### write()

Write record to filehandle.
