Set old and new values on a secret handle.
PARAMS
SecretHandle [In] Handle to a secret object.
EncryptedCurrentValue [In] Pointer to encrypted new value, can be NULL.
EncryptedOldValue [In] Pointer to encrypted old value, can be NULL.
RETURNS
Success: STATUS_SUCCESS
Failure: NTSTATUS code.
IMPLEMENTATION
Not declared in a Wine header. The function is either undocumented, or missing from Wine.
Implemented in "dlls/advapi32/lsa.c".
