Logger::makeLogHandle - Create a logging method from a file handle

## SYNOPSIS

**Logger makeLogHandle(** *File handle* **)**

## ARGUMENTS

**handle** The file handle

## DESCRIPTION

Creates a logging method from a file handle. If the file handle is not opened for either writing or appending then this will silently fail.
