Logger::makeLogFile - Create a log file

## SYNOPSIS

**Logger makeLogFile(** *String fname* **)**

## ARGUMENTS

**fname** The filename

## DESCRIPTION

Create a log file and return the logging method. The file will not actually be created, if it doesn't already exist, until it is logged to.
