constants for Locale codes

## NAME

Locale::Constants - constants for Locale codes

## DESCRIPTION

**Locale::Constants** defines symbols which are used in the other modules from the Locale-Codes distribution.

You shouldn't have to `"use"` this module directly yourself - it is used by the other Locale modules, which in turn export the symbols.

The constants are documented in each of the Locale modules.
