## DESCRIPTION

Loads a registered type library.

## PARAMS

*rguid* **\[In\]**  **GUID** of the registered type library.

*wVerMajor* **\[In\]**  major version.

*wVerMinor* **\[In\]**  minor version.

*lcid* **\[In\]**  locale **ID**.

*ppTLib* **\[Out\]**  pointer that receives an **ITypeLib** object on success.

## RETURNS

**Success:** **S\_OK**.

**Failure:** Any **HRESULT** code returned from QueryPathOfRegTypeLib or LoadTypeLib.
