LoadImageW (**USER32**.@) Loads an icon, cursor, or bitmap.

## PARAMS

*hinst* **\[In\]**  Handle of instance that contains image.

*name* **\[In\]**  Name of image.

*type* **\[In\]**  Type of image.

*desiredx* **\[In\]**  Desired width.

*desiredy* **\[In\]**  Desired height.

*loadflags* **\[In\]**  Load flags.

## RETURNS

**Success:** Handle to newly loaded image

**Failure:** **NULL**.
