Read data from an open internet file.

## PARAMS

*hFile* **\[In\]**  Handle returned by **InternetOpenUrl(3w)** or **HttpOpenRequest(3w)**.

lpBuffersOut **\[In/Out\]**  Buffer.

*dwFlags* **\[In\]**  Flags.

*dwContext* **\[In\]**  Context for callbacks.

## RETURNS

**FALSE**, last error is set to **ERROR\_CALL\_NOT\_IMPLEMENTED**.

## NOTES

Not implemented in Wine or native either (as of **IE6** SP2).
