## DESCRIPTION

On Windows(tm) this function is supposed to dial the default internet connection. We don't want to have Wine dial out to the internet so we return **TRUE** by default. It might be nice to check if we are connected.

## RETURNS

**TRUE** on success **FALSE** on failure
