Initialize the Printprovider.

## PARAMS

*pPrintProvidor* **\[In\]**  Buffer to fill with a struct **PRINTPROVIDOR**.

*cbPrintProvidor* **\[In\]**  Size of Buffer in Bytes.

*pFullRegistryPath* **\[In\]**  Registry-Path for the Printprovidor.

## RETURNS

**Success:** **TRUE** and *pPrintProvidor* filled

**Failure:** **FALSE**.

The RegistryPath should be: **"Systemt this Parameter is ignored in "localspl.dll"**.
