## DESCRIPTION

Returns the handle to the internal drag image list.

## PARAMS

*ppt* **\[Out\]**  Pointer to the drag position. Can be **NULL**.

*pptHotspot* **\[Out\]**  Pointer to the position of the hot spot. Can be **NULL**.

## RETURNS

**Success:** Handle of the drag image list.

**Failure:** **NULL**.
