## DESCRIPTION

Locks window update and displays the drag image at the given position.

## PARAMS

*hwndLock* **\[In\]**  handle of the window that owns the drag image.

*x* **\[In\]**  X position of the drag image.

*y* **\[In\]**  Y position of the drag image.

## RETURNS

**Success:** **TRUE**

**Failure:** **FALSE**.

## NOTES

The position of the drag image is relative to the window, not the client area.
