## DESCRIPTION

Creates a temporary image list that contains one image. It will be used as a drag image.

## PARAMS

*himlTrack* **\[In\]**  handle to the source image list.

*iTrack* **\[In\]**  index of the drag image in the source image list.

*dxHotspot* **\[In\]**  X position of the hot spot of the drag image.

*dyHotspot* **\[In\]**  Y position of the hot spot of the drag image.

## RETURNS

**Success:** **TRUE**

**Failure:** **FALSE**
