Image::create - Create a new image

## SYNOPSIS

**Image create(** *Int x, Int y, Bool truecolour=false* **)**

## ARGUMENTS

**x** Image width in pixels

**y** Image height in pixels

**truecolour** Is the image true colour (optional, defaulting to false)

## DESCRIPTION

Create a new image with the specified dimensions and colour.
