## DESCRIPTION

Negotiates the transfer syntax used by a client connection by connecting to the server.

## PARAMS

*pMsg* **\[In\]**  **RPC** Message structure.

pAsync **\[In\]**  Asynchronous state to set.

## RETURNS

**Success:** **RPC\_S\_OK**.

**Failure:** Any error code.
