IO::writeFile - Write a text file.

## SYNOPSIS

**Void writeFile(** *String fname, String content* **)**

## ARGUMENTS

**fname** A file name

**content** The content to write

## DESCRIPTION

Writes *content* into *fname* , replacing the file if it exists, and creating it otherwise.
