## NAME

IO::readFile - Read a text file.

## SYNOPSIS

**String readFile(** *String fname* **)**

## ARGUMENTS

**fname** A file name

## DESCRIPTION

Reads the entire contents of *fname* into a String. This function assumes that the file is a text file, rather than a binary file.
