IO::readCheck - Check that a file handle is readable

## SYNOPSIS

**Void readCheck(** *File file* **)**

## ARGUMENTS

**file** A file handle

## DESCRIPTION

Checks that a file handle is readable, and throws either a **IO.ClosedFile (3kaya)** or **IO.WriteOnlyFile (3kaya)** Exception if not.
