IO::ptr - Create a Ptr from a file handle

## ARGUMENTS

**ptr** The file handle

## DESCRIPTION

This retrieves a C pointer from a file handle, which may sometimes be needed for writing foreign function interfaces. This function should not be used for any other purpose.
