Read a string from a binary file

## NAME

IO::getString - Read a string from a binary file

## SYNOPSIS

**String getString(** *File h* **)**

## ARGUMENTS

**h** A readable file handle

## DESCRIPTION

Reads a string (up to NULL termination) from a binary file. If the end of the file is reached, the string read up to that point will be returned. The string is assumed to be UTF-8 encoded.
