Get a binary integer from a file.

## NAME

IO::getInt - Get a binary integer from a file.

## SYNOPSIS

**Int getInt(** *File handle* **)**

## ARGUMENTS

**handle** A readable file handle

## DESCRIPTION

Retrieves the next four bytes from the file, and converts them to an integer, most significant byte first.
