## DESCRIPTION

Cleans up **HTTP** Server Api engine resources allocated by HttpInitialize.

## PARAMS

*flags* **\[ I\]**  options which specify parts of Api what should be released

*reserved* **\[IO\]**  *reserved*, must be **NULL**.

## RETURNS

**NO\_ERROR** if function succeeds, or error code if function fails
