HTMLnesting::getAlwaysEmpty - Retrieve dictionary of all empty elements

## SYNOPSIS

**HashSet\<String\> getAlwaysEmpty(** **)**

## DESCRIPTION

Return a HashSet of the names of all empty elements. This is used by **ElementTree.string (3kaya)** and **ElementTree.lazyPrint (3kaya)**
