Minimum Length String Constraint

## NAME

HTML::FormFu::Constraint::MinLength - Minimum Length String Constraint

## VERSION

version 2.07

## DESCRIPTION

Checks the input value meets a minimum length.

Overrides "localize\_args" in HTML::FormFu::Constraint, so that the value of "minimum" is passed as an argument to localize.

This constraint doesn't honour the `not()` value.
