  )

## DESCRIPTION

prepares **SECURITY\_DESCRIPTOR** from a set of ACEs.

## PARAMS

*apUserPerm* **\[In\]**  array of pointers to **SHELL\_USER\_PERMISSION** structures, each of which describes permissions to apply.

*cUserPerm* **\[In\]**  number of entries in *apUserPerm* array.

## RETURNS

**success:** pointer to **SECURITY\_DESCRIPTOR**

**failure:** **NULL**.

## NOTES

Call should free returned descriptor with LocalFree

## IMPLEMENTATION

Exported by ordinal only. Use **[GetProcAddress(3w)](/GetProcAddress/3w.md)** to obtain a pointer to the function.
