Get round-trip time (*RTT*) and hop count.

## PARAMS

*DestIpAddress* **\[In\]**  destination address to get the information for.

*HopCount* **\[Out\]**  retrieved hop count.

*MaxHops* **\[In\]**  maximum hops to search for the destination.

*RTT* **\[Out\]**  *RTT* in milliseconds.

## RETURNS

**Success:** **TRUE**

**Failure:** **FALSE**.
