*lpszBuffer* **\[Out\]**  Destination for path.

*dwLen* **\[In\]**  Length of *lpszBuffer*.

## RETURNS

**Success:** **TRUE**. *lpszBuffer* contains the full path.

**Failure:** **FALSE**.

## NOTES

The base path for the key is **"MIMEbase**
