## PARAMS

*hmf* **\[In\]**  enhanced metafile.

*size* **\[In\]**  *size* of *buf*.

**\[Out\]**  buffer to receive description.

## DESCRIPTION

Copies the description string of an enhanced metafile into a buffer \_buf\_.

## RETURNS

If \_buf\_ is **NULL**, returns *size* of \_buf\_ required. Otherwise, returns number of characters copied.

## IMPLEMENTATION
