## DESCRIPTION

Fills in a device control block with information from a communications device.

## PARAMS

*handle* **\[In\]**  The communications device.

*lpdcb* **\[Out\]**  The device control block.

## RETURNS

**TRUE** on success, **FALSE** if the communication device *handle* is bad etc.

## BUGS

XonChar and XoffChar are not set.
