Get the interface, with the best route for the given **IP** address.

## PARAMS

*dwDestAddr* **\[In\]**  **IP** address to search the interface for.

*pdwBestIfIndex* **\[Out\]**  found best interface.

## RETURNS

**Success:** **NO\_ERROR**

**Failure:** error code from Winerror.h
