Gcrypt::setCipherIVec - Set the cipher initialisation vector

## SYNOPSIS

**Void setCipherIVec(** *CipherHandle h, IVec key* **)**

## ARGUMENTS

**h** The cipher handle

**key** The initialisation vector

## DESCRIPTION

Sets the cipher initialisation vector. The length of the vector depends on the cipher algorithm, and can be found with **Gcrypt.cipherBlockLength (3kaya)**\
  Unlike the key, the initialisation vector does not need to be secret.
