## SYNOPSIS

**String encryptString(** *CipherHandle h, String x* **)**

## ARGUMENTS

**h** A cipher handle

**x** A string

## DESCRIPTION

Encrypts a string with the given cipher handle, returning a base64-encoded string containing the encrypted data.
