## SYNOPSIS

**Binary encrypt(** *CipherHandle h, Binary dat* **)**

## ARGUMENTS

**h** A cipher handle

**dat** A block of **Binary(3kaya)** data

## DESCRIPTION

Encrypts binary data with the given cipher handle, returning a binary block containing the encrypted data.
