DESCRIPTION
Free a dll loaded into the process address space.
PARAMS
hLibModule [In] Handle to the dll returned by LoadLibraryA(3w).
RETURNS
Success: TRUE. The dll is removed if it is not still in use.
Failure: FALSE. Use GetLastError(3w) to determine the cause.
