FcCharSetDestroy - Destroy a character set

## SYNOPSIS

**void FcCharSetDestroy (FcCharSet \****fcs***);**

## DESCRIPTION

**FcCharSetDestroy** decrements the reference count *fcs*.  If the reference count becomes zero, all memory referenced is freed.
