Call a users function for every location available on the system.
PARAMS
geoclass [In] Type of information desired (SYSGEOTYPE enum from "winnls.h").
reserved [In] Reserved, set to 0.
pGeoEnumProc [In] Callback function to call for each location.
RETURNS
Success: TRUE.
Failure: FALSE. Use GetLastError(3w) to determine the cause.
