## NAME

ElementTree::unshiftData - Add text to the start of an element

## SYNOPSIS

**Void unshiftData(** *ElementTree parent, String cdata* **)**

## ARGUMENTS

**parent** The parent element

**cdata** The text to add

## DESCRIPTION

Adds the text to the start of the parent element. Adjacent text blocks will be merged.
