*lpSrcStr* **\[In\]**  Source Unicode string to convert.

*lpDst* **\[Out\]**  Destination for resulting Ascii string.

*iLen* **\[In\]**  Length of *lpDst* in characters.

## RETURNS

**TRUE**, since Ascii strings always convert identically.
