Dict::empty - Check if a tiny dictionary is empty

## SYNOPSIS

**Bool empty(** *TinyDict\<a, b\>  dict* **)**

## ARGUMENTS

**dict** A tiny dictionary

## DESCRIPTION

Returns true if the dictionary has no contents, either because none were added, or because all added entries have been deleted.
