Removes item from either string or binary list (despite its name).

## PARAMS

*hList* **\[In\]**  list handle.

*nItemPos* **\[In\]**  item position to remove **0** -\> **MRU**.

## RETURNS

**TRUE** if successful, **FALSE** if *nItemPos* is out of range.

## IMPLEMENTATION

Exported by ordinal only. Use **[GetProcAddress(3w)](/GetProcAddress/3w.md)** to obtain a pointer to the function.
