Curses::mvgetChar - Move and get a character

## SYNOPSIS

**Char mvgetChar(** *Int y, Int x* **)**

## ARGUMENTS

**y** New row position of cursor

**x** New column position of cursor

## DESCRIPTION

Move the cursor to the given co-ordinates, and get the next input character.
