## DESCRIPTION

Create a Url moniker.

## PARAMS

*pmkContext* **\[In\]**  Context.

*szURL* **\[In\]**  Url to create the moniker for.

*ppmk* **\[Out\]**  Destination for created moniker.

*dwFlags* **\[In\]**  Flags.

## RETURNS

**Success:** **S\_OK**. *ppmk* contains the created **IMoniker** object.

**Failure:** **MK\_E\_SYNTAX** if *szURL* is not a valid url, or **E\_OUTOFMEMORY** if memory allocation fails.
