DESCRIPTION
Loads a bitmap resource using a colour map.
PARAMS
hInstance [In] Handle to the module containing the bitmap.
idBitmap [In] The bitmap resource ID.
wFlags [In] CMB_MASKED for using bitmap as a mask or 0 for normal.
lpColorMap [In] Colour information needed for the bitmap or NULL (uses system colours).
iNumMaps [In] Number of COLORMAP's pointed to by lpColorMap.
RETURNS
Success: handle to the new bitmap
Failure: 0
