## DESCRIPTION

To get access to the record definitions for the structures use: \
 *-include\_lib("cosTransactions/include/CosTransactions.hrl").*

## EXPORTS

**create(TransactionFactory, Timeout) -\> Control**\

Types:

TransactionFactory = #objref\
 Timeout = integer()\
 Control = #objref\

This operation creates a new top-level transaction.

The *Timeout* argument can be:

- \*

  0 - no timeout.

- \*

  N (integer() \> 0) - the transaction will be subject to being rolled back if it does not complete before N seconds have elapsed.
