CosTransactions_TransactionFactory - This module implements the OMG CosTransactions::TransactionFactory interface.
DESCRIPTION
To get access to the record definitions for the structures use:
-include_lib("cosTransactions/include/CosTransactions.hrl").

This operation creates a new top-level transaction.
The Timeout argument can be:
