## DESCRIPTION

Compare two **FILETIME**'s to each other.

## PARAMS

*x* **\[In\]**  First time.

*y* **\[In\]**  time to compare to *x*.

## RETURNS

**-1**, **0**, or **1** indicating that *x* is less than, equal to, or greater than *y* respectively.

Declared in **"winbase.h"**.
