Convert from hls color space into an rgb COLORREF.
PARAMS
wHue [In] Hue amount.
wLuminosity [In] Luminosity amount.
wSaturation [In] Saturation amount.
RETURNS
A COLORREF representing the converted color.
NOTES
Input hls values are constrained to the range (0..240).
